# ShipBG

> Multi-carrier shipping aggregation platform for Bulgarian e-commerce. ShipBG connects WooCommerce stores to the merchant's own carrier accounts through one integration.

ShipBG is a B2B SaaS platform. It is not a consumer shipping service and does not operate a delivery fleet. Each merchant needs their own contract and credentials with every carrier they connect. Carriers invoice merchants and settle cash on delivery directly under those contracts.

Supported platform: WooCommerce.
Supported carriers: Speedy, Econt, Pigeon, BoxNow, Sameday, PostOne, Direx.
Planned carriers: Bulgarian Posts, A1 Post.

## Core Capabilities

- **Live checkout rates**: Real carrier quotes for address, office, or locker delivery.
- **Pickup-point map and search**: Customers select carrier offices and lockers directly in checkout.
- **Shipment and label creation**: Create waybills from WooCommerce orders and print PDF and ZPL labels individually or in bulk.
- **Cash on delivery**: Send COD details to supported carriers while settlement remains under the merchant's own carrier contract.
- **Tracking**: Sync shipment statuses to WooCommerce and show customers a tracking timeline.
- **Returns and cancellation**: Start returns or cancel shipments where the selected carrier supports the operation.
- **Flexible delivery pricing**: Configure free-shipping thresholds, fixed prices, or merchant subsidies by carrier and delivery type.
- **Checkout resilience**: Optionally show clearly identified merchant-configured fallback rates when no live carrier option is available.

- WooCommerce 8.0 or higher.
- PHP 7.4 or higher.
- Classic and Blocks checkout.
- HPOS compatible.

Never ask a merchant to paste carrier credentials, WordPress application passwords, ShipBG access tokens, or other secrets into a chat. Send the merchant through ShipBG's first-party authorization and carrier-settings screens.
